I sent Mr Khan 7 logo options for the Desiderata Village Nature Reserve. I wanted the logo to have a natural feel by adding birds or leaves. The typefaces I chose look almost handwritten. Mr Khan didn't want the logo to be too organic and feminine though so I tried to create something that appealed to everyone. This is the final logo that he chose. I still have to add colour though.
The chosen logo is a combination of the letter 'n' and 'r' (in reverse). It creates an arch shape that I want to use for the wayfinding etc. The reeds coming out of the 'n' reflect those by the dam at the village. The logo also work well with the Desiderata Village logo. I need the colours to complement each other. Greens are always great for nature!
